Our Founder, Carey Carlock passionately believes in therapy. Witnessing the healing benefits of proper care propelled her toward improving the system of care from an administrative lens. Carey served as the CEO of Riveredge Hospital, the largest psychiatric hospital in the state of Illinois, for the last 13 years. Her belief in community mental health and stigma reduction are evidenced by her service on the Board of NAMI Metro Suburban and the Leadership Council of The Kennedy Forum of Illinois. The need to create and provide high-quality, integrated outpatient care within her own community has become her newest calling/mission.

Our mission is to provide the best care possible for our clients. We provide high-quality, integrated therapy and psychiatry. Our compassionate approach improves the overall treatment experience through coordinated care. We are a hope-based wellness organization which believes mental health should and can be less overwhelming, more timely, and more individually centered.
