The Grow Collective Team has been proud to provide quality mental health services to the Glen Ellyn community and surrounding suburbs. We are pleased to share that the quality care which has been offered for the last 20 years will be continuing under new ownership. This transition will include enhanced and expanded access to care for our current clients, along with future clients. As creating access to high quality therapy has been our mission since inception, we are pleased to introduce you to Mosaic Counseling and Wellness.

Mosaic Counseling and Wellness will begin a new chapter in Glen Ellyn with operations at the same downtown location and with many of the same tremendous clinicians. We will continue to work diligently to ensure that we make this transition without interruption in the care you receive.

  • Consistent network of accepted insurance plans.

  • Expanded administrative support team to further enhance scheduling and communication.

  • The addition of Psychiatry and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for access to medication management and prescription needs.

  • Mosaic provides Creative Arts Therapy (Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and Dance Movement Therapy).

  • Mosaic has four other locations to assist in providing accessible and convenient care (Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Oak Park, Orland Park).

What To Expect - Current Clients

  • You will receive written communication outlining the transition and how to navigate any future needs associated with your care at Grow. As an example, if down the road, you need access to your medical record, instructions and support will be provided.
  • A welcome to Mosaic Counseling and Wellness with instructions on how to become a Mosaic client. Most of the clinical staff is joining the Mosaic team, so our clients should see little interruption to continuity of care. Our Electronic Medical Record system is Simple Practice; we hope you find it easy to navigate. Assistance will be offered with any support needs.
  • We will largely accept the same insurances. Copays and deductibles could be different as they vary by contract. We will be available to go through this with you individually if you have questions/needs.
  • If you wish to transfer your care internally to a new Mosaic provider, we are happy to assist with this.
  • If you wish to pursue care outside of Mosaic, we can assist with other community referrals.
  • If you wish to enhance or augment care (medication management, creative arts therapy, individual, couples), we will gladly assist with that.
  • We think you will appreciate some planned improvements of the therapeutic space/furnishing as evidence of our care for you and the environment of care.
  • The Leadership teams of both organizations are committed to a smooth transition as client care is our shared priority.
