I believe that therapy is a meaningful opportunity to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where you can openly process life’s challenges. I work collaboratively with you to explore weekly stressors, process past trauma, and reconnect with your inner strength and resilience, while also building on the unique strengths you already have.
As a bilingual Latina therapist, I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and welcoming. I offer services in both English and Spanish, creating a comfortable space for clients who prefer to speak in their native language. I also support children and teens by helping bridge communication with Spanish-speaking parents, so the entire family can feel heard and understood.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing, all through a culturally sensitive lens that honors your background and lived experience. I strive to expand access to mental health care and meet you where you are.
I’m especially mindful of how difficult vulnerability can feel, and I offer patience and support as you begin to understand where those challenges come from and work toward healing. In addition to individual therapy, I work with families to strengthen communication and navigate family dynamics, providing a supportive space for growth and connection.
I encourage you not only to explore and heal, but also to gently challenge yourself as you build confidence and develop new skills. I look forward to welcoming you into a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic experience.
