Andrew Aramouni
LPC
Hi, I’m Andrew, and I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, shaped by your unique experiences, cultural background, and personal goals. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals of all ages navigate PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, and religious trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy and authenticity, providing a safe and supportive space to process painful memories and explore meaningful healing.
Drawing from evidence-based therapies and incorporating techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor our work together to honor the interplay between mental health, spirituality, and cultural identity. My goal is to help you develop effective coping strategies, nurture resilience, and foster post-traumatic growth, empowering you to take steps toward lasting change.
Originally from San Antonio, TX, I now live in Oak Park with my wife and daughter. As a proud Lebanese American, I bring an appreciation for the diverse backgrounds of my clients. Outside of therapy, I enjoy coffee, exploring new places, and constantly learning new things.
Whether we meet virtually or in person at the Oak Park location, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
