For 17 of those years, I dedicated myself to empowering students within the school setting. I have spent the past 9 years honing my expertise in private therapy, providing personalized support to individuals of all ages.
In addition to my professional accomplishments, I bring a unique perspective to my practice as a former college athlete and high school coach. This background allows me to understand the challenges and pressures faced by individuals.
