Community Liaison / Therapist

I believe every person is a constellation of stories, relationships, strengths, values, and experiences that make them uniquely who they are. Healing begins with understanding who you are, where you've been, and who you're becoming.
One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is having the opportunity to know people in this way. I approach each person with warmth, authenticity, and genuine curiosity, striving to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself. Together, we'll co-create a therapeutic experience that feels authentic to you—one that honors your story, builds on your strengths, and supports the life you're working toward.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply longing to know yourself more deeply, I hope therapy becomes a place where insight grows alongside practical change—and where creativity, humor, and joy have room to exist, too.
I also enjoy contributing beyond the therapy room by helping to build meaningful partnerships throughout the community. I believe our well-being is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by the relationships and systems that surround us. Collaborating with schools, organizations, and fellow professionals is one way I hope to strengthen both individual and community well-being.
I enjoy spending time with my family, our dogs, riding horses, creative writing, exploring new places, and being outdoors—simple joys that remind me to stay curious, cultivate awe, and appreciate the beauty found in everyday moments.
It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they deepen their understanding of themselves, reconnect with what matters most, and grow toward a life that feels authentic, connected, and deeply their own.
