I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to supporting you as you navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and seasons of growth. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of safety, trust, and genuine connection. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s unique story, values, and strengths.
I obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Naropa University, an M.S.W from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Ph.D. from the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice at the University of Chicago.
I am committed to partnering with you—bringing empathy and curiosity to support your growth toward greater clarity, resilience, and wholeness.
