Hey! I’m glad you’re here. You deserve a space where you can show up fully as you are, bringing in the parts of you that may feel stuck, wounded, vulnerable, or overwhelmed. My hope is to cultivate a space of trust and warmth, where you feel safe to slow down, feel seen, and feel understood.
In therapy, I draw from trauma-informed, person-centered, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions, which can help us lean into the layers of our experiences to understand how we got to where we are and see the parts within us that enabled us to endure. When we explore our stories with curiosity and empathy, rather than criticism, I believe this can free us to move toward the change, healing, and wholeness we’ve deeply longed for.
I’ve walked alongside individuals from ages 13 to 71, navigating through life change or stressors, trauma, attachment/family of origin wounds, grief, and more. I also bring eight years of experience in case management with refugees and immigrants newly resettled in the U.S., a role that deeply shaped my commitment and continued growth in what it means to attune to and honor lived experience, while also embodying humility.
Healing is sacred and courageous work. Know that I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward more flourishing here.
