If you’ve been struggling with feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck, we can work together to get you to a place where you have peace, clarity, and happiness.

If you’ve been struggling with feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck, we can work together to get you to a place where you have peace, clarity, and happiness.
I work with children, teens, and adults, and utilize a combination of CBT and DBT-based approaches to assist clients who struggle with issues such as: regulating emotions, interpersonal issues, anxiety disorders, self-harm, depression, SOGIE (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression) concerns, school refusal, grief, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate with an emphasis on highlighting your unique strengths. I also prioritize providing a safe and validating therapeutic environment for BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other minorities struggling to survive under oppressive societal systems. We'll work together to move you toward wellness!
