My own experience of having Major Depression heavily influences my work as a therapist. I approach my clients with a lot of empathy and patience in the process of change and the journey of self-acceptance. I believe that a meaningful life is found in that tense space between acceptance and change.
As a therapist, my approach draws from DBT, CBT, and ACT. My goal is that clients walk away from session feeling heard, understood, and accepted. I focus on helping you identify practical and realistic tools that can be applied to your life, whether that's a shift in mindset or a new coping skill.
