Psychotherapist
Megan Gray-Gordon
LCSW
I am a mindfulness trained, trauma-informed, integrative therapist.
I work with adults, both individuals and couples, and specialize in treating clients living with depression and anxiety and dealing with trauma and recovery, grief and loss and issues related to health, relationship stressors and life transitions.
I earned my Masters in Social Work and completed a clinical fellowship in Contextual Behavioral Therapies at The University of Chicago. I have more than 18 years experience working with adults in various settings and am both a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and certified Trauma -Informed Yoga Teacher. I practice an integrated approach to therapy and often bring mindfulness, breathwork and humor in my practice. I believe in treating the whole person and offer clients a collaborative space for healing by drawing on evidence-based approaches including ACT, MiCBT and Gottman Couples Therapy. I meet people where they are and foster a nonjudgemental space to support clients in moving towards personally meaningful goals.
Please feel to reach out to me directly. I am happy to speak further you.
