Jeff Bergren
Jeff Bergren is the Owner of Synergy Behavioral healthcare and has led that organization as its President and CEO for the past eleven years. Synergy was formed to provide hospital operations management and consulting services with a focus on behavioral health.
Jeff has been a leader in the Chicagoland Healthcare Industry for the past 30 years in a variety of executive leadership positions. Prior to establishing Synergy, Jeff held several Executive Leadership positions including Hospital Chief Executive, Regional Vice President, and Division President with publicly traded healthcare organizations.
Jeff is an active member of several community organizations 100 Club of Chicago, Illinois Fatherhood Initiative, The United Way, and the Ingalls Hospital Foundation.
Jeff is married to Karen and lives in the northwest suburbs. Jeff and Karen have two daughters Stephanie and Amanda.
