As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Bradley University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. My education has equipped me to provide both school and clinical mental health counseling. I began my career as a school-based counselor at a local elementary and middle school, where I gained invaluable experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and dealing with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and trauma.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing individualized care. I believe that each person is unique, and their experiences should be celebrated and honored. My person-centered approach focuses on identifying and utilizing each individual's strengths, using evidence-based practices to guide our work together. Additionally, I am dedicated to being an empathetic support throughout any transitions and hardships that life may present.

I work with children and adults, both virtually and in person, at the Orland Park Office. It is a pleasure to be part of the Mosaic Counseling & Wellness team, and I look forward to meeting you soon!
