I am a mindfulness trained, trauma-informed, integrative therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with diverse adult populations in behavioral health settings.
I work with individuals and couples as they move through suffering and struggle to a place of growth and healing. I specialize in treating clients living with depression and anxiety and dealing with trauma and recovery, grief and loss and issues related to women’s health, relationship stressors and life transitions.
I practice an integrated approach including breathwork, imagery and storytelling to work through challenges and towards your personal goals. I utilize contextual behavioral therapies and focus on creating and nurturing acceptance, change and flexibility in your daily life.
Using humor and curiosity, I invite clients to explore what they would like to be different and collaborate with them to create meaningful change. I believe in growth and possibility and am honored to walk together with clients on their wellness journeys.
