With over seven years of experience, I have worked with individuals and families in a variety of community, telehealth, and hospital settings. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. During my graduate program, I completed my training at both Hartgrove Hospital and Hyde Park Academy High School, through the University of Chicago, providing individual, family, and group therapy to all ages.
I believe that we are the experts of our own lives. I use an evidence-based client-centered approach during therapy. I continue to welcome working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My hopes are to assist you and your family in making changes for the better.
