Finding the right therapist is so important. With so many options, trying to find the right fit can be daunting. As a client-centered therapist, I believe that you deserve a place to be heard and accepted for who you are. In our sessions, I will accept you with unconditional positive regard and walk with you through whatever is hurting. I believe you have the strength to heal, and I would be honored to support you on your journey of healing. You deserve the space to grow and reach your potential.
I found my love for therapy blossomed from my love for music and the connections this can create. I believe that we are all connected, and through connections, we can heal.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Throughout my career, I have worked with children and adolescents affected by domestic violence, perpetrators of domestic violence, and have been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor seeing both adolescents and adults since 2021.
I currently work with adults and adolescents aged 12 and older both virtually and in person at our Elmhurst location.
